The full report of the IALS Library Reader Satisfaction Survey for 2024 is now available to read online from the IALS website. We are very pleased to report an overall satisfaction rating of 95.6% from our readers. It is reassuring to see that our core readers continue to rate and value us highly. All members of the IALS Library team will continue to work towards maintaining these excellent results, and to implement suggested improvements where practicable.
